If your chosen product is in stock, we aim to deliver the next working day in the UK. However, some of our products are made to order, in which case we will contact you with a delivery date.
We use an insured 24-hour delivery service for all items sent within mainland UK. That guarantees your purchase will be with you before 4.00pm the next working day. Items that are being sent to Scotland and Northern Ireland can take up to 48-hours to arrive after dispatch.
We charge a flat-rate delivery fee of £10.00 Ex.VAT to all UK addresses. For international deliveries – we charge based on the actual weight; for an accurate quotation – please get in touch.
We urge all customers to check their order on delivery to confirm the goods have arrived safely. Any problems with the order should be reported back to the delivery driver. The item must be rejected for us to claim on the damaged goods. We do ask you to report the incident to us as soon as possible after the item has been delivered to avoid any loss of compensation.
Track Your Item
Just let us know if you want to be able to track your item/s. We’ll be more than happy to give you a tracking number.
Alternatively – items can be collected from our warehouse in Loughborough upon arrangement. Please contact us to discuss this service if you require.
All our products come with a 5-year return to base manufacturer’s warranty (from the date of original purchase). Proof of purchase will be required to qualify for the warranty. Warranty cannot be transferred over to a second owner if sold on within the 5-year warranty period.
As part of our warranty agreement we will take liability for returning items (once repaired), and liability for replacements, parts and repairs. However, we are not liable for collecting the faulty goods or for any costs that are incurred by third party companies, including: builders or electricians.
If the product has been tampered with or modified the warranty will be void.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us within 7 days for a full refund. The product must be in a ‘brand new’ condition. ‘Brand new’ condition means the item is in exactly the same condition as you received it. It must be returned in the original box/packaging, and include any supplementary items that were included.
Please email or call us to let us know if you need to return an item. We’ll arrange for a courier to collect the unwanted item at an agreed time and location. This will be free of charge. You are only liable for paying for the original delivery charges. This will be deducted from the original purchase amount. Please allow 7-14 working days for us to process your refund.
We insure all items in transit. So, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged on route to you, you can decide if you would prefer a replacement or full refund. We urge you to check your order on delivery to confirm the goods have arrived safely. Any problems with the order need to be reported back to the delivery driver. We cannot claim on the damaged goods unless the item has been rejected. Please report the incident to us as soon as possible after the item has been delivered to help avoid any loss of compensation.
